Handling Defective Products
In case that the product is damaged, stained, or differs from the contents of your order. We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, however, in the event that an item is damaged, stained, or different from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will return or exchange the item immediately. (In this case, we will pay the shipping costs.)
