Application expiration date
Payment must be made within 7 days after the order is placed. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that since we share our head office inventory with our store inventory, depending on the timing of inventory updates, some items may be out of stock even if they are available for order.
Shipping Operation
Since the online store is closed on Saturdays,
Sundays, and national holidays, shipping operations and inquiries will be available from the next business day. Items in stock at our head office will be shipped on the same or next business day.
If the item is ordered from the store's stock, it may take 1 to 3 business days to obtain the item, so please contact us in advance if you need your order urgently.

Payment Deadline
Confirmation of your order will be sent within 7 days after we send the confirmation email. After checking the stock, we will send you the confirmation email, so please do not make any payment before receiving the confirmation email.
Return Deadline
As a general rule, we do not accept returns at the convenience of the customer. However, if you receive a product that is different from your order due to initial defects or incorrect delivery, we will accept the return within 3 days of product arrival

Defective Product
When you receive the product, please make sure that there are no defective parts and that it is the product you ordered. In case of initial defects, we will replace the product. In case of no stock, the price will be refunded.
Please note that our rings may slightly differ from the size indicated on the label. If your ring size differs by more than one size from the size you purchased, we will accept your return or exchange as if it were an initial defect.
Return Shipping Cost
We will pay all shipping costs for initially defective or misdelivered products.
