6. Delivery of order confirmation email

7. Product delivery

Items that are in stock will be shipped from the same business day to the next business day.
The online shop is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so we will respond to shipping inquiries from the next business day.

Shipping within JAPAN : Free

Please pay the following shipping fee for the repair cost.

Okinawa remote island 1,320 yen

For shipments to the mainland, Sagawa Express ships to remote islands other than the mainland by Yu-Pack.

About return/exchange cancellation



As a general rule, we cannot accept returns for customer convenience.
However, we will only accept contact within 3 days after the arrival of the product only if we deliver a product that is different from the ordered product due to initial defects or misdelivery.

When the product arrives, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product you received and that it is the product you ordered.
If there is no stock, we will refund the price.

Our rings have a slight error from the indicated size.
Regarding returns and exchanges due to ring size differences, if there is an error of 1 or more before and after the purchased size, we will deal with the same as an initial defect.

Return shipping fee

We will bear all shipping charges for initial defective products that have been misdelivered.
