■Flow of repair
①Please inform us of the item number and condition of the repaired item from the inquiry form.
②Receive an email with repair instructions.
③ Purchase a repair cost on this page according to the contents of the guide in the e-mail.
④After payment, please attach your order number (order # 4 digits) and send the item to repaired to us.
⑤We will ship the repaired product as soon as the repair is completed.

*Please send the item prepaid when shipping.
*Please send the item to be repaired with the order number attached.
*Please be sure to attach the order number to the item to be repaired before shipping.
*In the case of bank transfer, please send the item to be repaired after the payment is received.
*Depending on the condition of the item, we will ship the item within 3-5 business days after it arrives at the store.
